Account Manager (Client Success)

Upiple is looking for an Account Manager to build strong client relationships, keep campaigns running smoothly, and help partners achieve measurable results. If you’re organized, proactive, and great at communication — this role is for you.

Your Role:

Client Communication & Support

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and ensure fast, clear communication.
  • Gather requirements, clarify goals, and translate client needs into actionable tasks for internal teams.
  • Provide regular updates, align expectations, and maintain strong long-term relationships.

Campaign Coordination

  • Coordinate campaign launches and ongoing activities across internal teams (marketing, content, design).
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time and according to client objectives.
  • Track key campaign milestones and maintain documentation (briefs, timelines, updates).

Reporting & Growth

  • Monitor campaign performance at a high level and highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare client-ready summaries and monthly updates with clear next steps.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and results.

Qualifications and Abilities:

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or a similar role (agency experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Confidence working with reports and KPIs (without needing deep technical analytics skills)
